Mandela Day is celebrated on 18 July every year. In 2020, it will be the day we share the successes we have achieved and the lessons we have learned as we battle this pandemic, and its effect on those less fortunate than ourselves.
Mana Project has partnered with ChangeMakersHub and The Biscuitry in order to feed feed 100,000 people in the week of 18 July.
ChangeMakersHub is a home for all who want to make the world a better place. To tell the stories of organisations making a difference and connecting them to people who want to help.

Mana Box Project is providing funding and hands on deck to feed 100,000 people in the week of 18 July. Mana is partnering with a well-known NGO, headed up by WPO South Africa member, Michelle Korevaar called ChangeMakersHub, who live by the ethos ‘Every day is Mandela Day’. They have been feeding hungry communities for 14 weeks already during the pandemic and actually, Mandela Day is just another day of feeding for them.
ChangeMakersHub will be providing winter warmer soup ingredients for social entrepreneurs and organisations of distressed communities to prepare for those in need to have a warm meal.
The Biscuitry, owned by Women in Business Accelerator (WiBa) member, Robyn Wilk, will be providing bread to be distributed by ChangeMakersHub on behalf of the Mana Box Project to bulk up the soup offering for distressed communities in the week of Mandela Day.
